Si Yuan Foundation Chinese Music Charity Concert raised close to HK$1 Million Donation for CUHK's Faculty of Medicine

Jointly organized by Nanjing University's Hong Kong Representative Office, the CUHK Convocation and the Office of Institutional Advancement of The Chinese University of Hong Kong, the Charity Concert was made possible at the Auditorium of Sha Tin Town Hall by the generous sponsorship of the Si Yuan Foundation on May 12.

The Concert raised close to HK$1 million donation which will go to the University's Faculty of Medicine to support the work of its Sleep Assessment Unit and the Yao Chung Kit Diabetes Assessment Centre. Principal performers are drawn from Nanjing University's Traditional Instrument Orchestra and the Music Ensemble in the CUHK Department of Music. The full house event was also enthusiastically supported by many alumni and friends of the University.
